2010

Warkworth Show, 2010

Pinjarra Mediator (our homozygous stud male) is proving himself over and over again to be a fantastic assett, consistently producing show winners and champions. In fact, it's hard to find any of his progeny that haven't won a ribbon. However, sadly (for us) we will have to look for new owners for him as he is now related to the majority of our females. However this could be very good news for potential owners, see our For Sale page.

At the Warkworth Show, January 2010 Mediator's progeny were awarded two champions:

Moonvale Jessie, Champion Junior Female Suri

Moonvale Paschal, Champion Junior Fawn Male Suri

2009

Warkworth Show, 2009

Moonvale Janna

Champion Suri Junior Female

Also we are very excited about our two new stud males which we think will build on the good work Mediator has achieved. We have purchased a black suri male, Omaka Heights Denzel, and also a part share of Surico Alinghi (see our Stud Services pages for details of these young males)

2008

Kumeu Show

Moonvale Laddi

Reserve Champion Junior Suri Male

Auckland Royal Easter Show

Moonvale Meditron

Champion Brown Suri

We took all Pinjarra Mediator's progeny of an eligible age to both the Easter and the Kumeu Show this year and they all won ribbons, including red and broad ribbons.

2007

Alpaca Expo

We took 4 boys (Prince Christo, JayJay, Meditron and Sandman) along to this with not too many expectations as this show obviously attracts the best animals from all over the country.

So we were delighted that each of the boys got at least a 2nd or a 3rd, and most importantly that we got 2nd for get of dam (Serenity's Dream), and 3rd for 'progeny of sire' which is a really good reflection on their sire Pinjarra Mediator.

Kumeu Show

We took all our first crop of five young animals born at Moonvale in 2006 to the Kumeu Show. The intention was to give us and our animals some showring practice, socialise with the friendly team of alpaca people, enjoy the day, and learn.

Well imagine our surprise and elation when they were awarded 4 red ribbons and two blues!
